What Fair Shot does differently
Fair Shot is first and foremost a social enterprise, and its customers are happy to swap their coffee routine for one that makes an impact.
In addition to training to young adults with learning disabilities and introducing them to mainstream employment, they ensure that their ingredients and specialty coffee roasts adopt a similar social ethos.

Fair Shot's is committed to finding fixed employment opportunities for its trainees. This means it's actively looking for business to partner with for its Employers Programme.
