Lex Dinamica is looking for a Data Protection Manager to support our clients with the development, implementation, and oversight of robust data protection programmes. This role is ideal for professionals with strong consulting experience who are comfortable advising clients on GDPR compliance, privacy risk, and governance initiatives across complex environments.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across industries to design and deliver strategic, business-aligned privacy solutions, helping them meet legal obligations while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on GDPR compliance, data protection risks, and regulatory expectations

Lead the design and delivery of data protection frameworks, policies, and programmes

Conduct DPIAs, risk assessments, and privacy audits

Support implementation of privacy-by-design practices across business functions

Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including regulators

Monitor privacy law developments and translate legal requirements into actionable guidance

Collaborate with legal, tech, compliance, and security teams to embed best practice
Experience and Qualifications

Strong experience in data protection and privacy advisory work

Proven background in consulting or complex stakeholder environments

In-depth knowledge of the GDPR and other key data protection frameworks

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Experience developing or managing data protection programmes

CIPP/E or similar certification is a plus

Ability to work both independently and within collaborative teams
